Shopping Cart Help
There are several areas that make up the online shopping process:
Selecting the Products
Scroll through the products you are interested in purchasing
from the "Product
If there are a large number of products the list may be spread
over several pages. If this is the case there will be links
at the bottom of the page to allow you to move backwards and
forwards through the pages of products.
For more detailed information and/or a picture of a particular
product click on the product name.
To add the product/s you require to your shopping cart insert
the quantity you require in the space provided and click the
"Add Quantities to Shopping Cart" button.
You will then be taken to the "Cart
Content" page where you can see exactly what products
you have added to your shopping cart.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time
by clicking on the "Cart
Content" link on the left of the page.
Managing Your Shopping Cart
You can add, change and delete items from your shopping cart
at any time prior to the processing of your order which occurs
at the point you click the "Finalise Order" button
on the bottom of the "Checkout" page.
Once you have selected and added a product to your shopping
cart you can add additional products to your cart by returning
to the product list and inserting the quantities you require
of any additional products.
To change the quantity of a particular product you have added
to your shopping cart go to the "Cart Contents" page
and change the quantity in the box beside the particular product
then click on the "Update Order" button on the bottom
of the page.
To remove an item from your shopping cart just change the quantity
to zero and click the "Update Order" button on the
bottom of the "Cart Contents" page.
To remove all items from your shopping cart or empty your cart
entirely click on the "Empty Your Cart" link on the
side of any of the shopping cart pages.
Completing Your Purchase
Once you have your selected items in your shopping cart you
can complete your purchase by going to the "Cart Contents"
page and clicking the "Process Order" button on the
bottom of the page.
You will then be transferred to a secure connection (indicated
by the yellow padlock icon on the bottom of your browsers screen)
where the data you enter will be encrypted before being sent.
Enter the information for billing, despatch and payment in
the areas provided and click on the "Finalise Order"
Your order will be processed and you will be issued with a
tracking number which you can use if you need to contact us
about your order. At the same time a confirmation email will
be sent to your nominated email address quoting the contents
of your order & the tracking number.
When you complete the transaction part of the ordering process
you are transferred to a secure server prior to entering any
sensitive information. This ensures that any details you enter,
including credit card information, is encrypted prior to being
sent over the internet.
You can determine whether you have entered a secure environment
by looking for the yellow padlock icon in the status bar of
your browser window (this is usually on the bottom to the right
or left of your browser window).
It is in the best interests of all users if personal details
are kept private, and all members of the OzDynamics Business
Network are encouraged to use and promote the ethical use of
the internet at all times. If you feel that your privacy has
been breached please contact the respective supplier of your
products and discuss this issue with them.
